The Construction Project Manager oversee all aspects of the building process, working closely with Talion project team, subcontractors, and client to oversee the life cycle of assigned project(s).
Supervisory Responsibilities:
· Oversees Talion project team and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and according to plans and specifications.
· Delegates work and assignments to team members based on expertise and work experience, as well as time constraints.
· Manages project documentation such as submittals, RFIs, agendas, and more as required.
· Reports to Senior Project Manager.
Other Duties/Responsibilities:
· Leads a team to complete the assigned project on time, on budget, to plans and specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.
· Outlines all tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly.
· Understands full scope of work, requirements, and plans and specifications for each project.
· Reviews subcontractor proposals and subcontract agreements.
· Conducts cost analysis, estimating expected budgets for the project.
· Prepares and implements a budget based on estimates. Performs monthly budget updates to ensure project is on budget and adjusts as needed.
· Prepares change orders for the project to the clients.
· Coordinates with contracts department on drafting change orders to subcontractors.
· Approves material orders for projects.
· Prepares monthly billings to client.
· Coordinates with accounting department for all billings (including subcontractors and client).
· Conducts risk assessment, if required; reports identified risks to management; provides recommendations for mitigation of risk (including termination of the project, if appropriate).
· Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.
· Acts as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors. Direct POC for project owner.
· Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, plans, specifications, and best practices.
· Performs monthly schedule updates on Primavera P6. Pushes submittal schedule and overall project schedule to ensure submittals are approved to meet project schedule. Ensures subcontractors order materials and completes contractual obligation on time and on budget.
· Conducts regular site visits to projects as needed.
· Conducts weekly progress meetings with client.
· Conducts weekly meetings with Talion project team to track project progress.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education & Certificates:
· Bachelor’s degree in related field, which may include Construction, Business, or Engineering, preferred.
· OSHA 30 in construction, within the last 5 years, required.
· CQM-C, preferred.
· PMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications, highly desirable.
Experience:
· 5 years project management experience, highly desirable.
· 5 years construction experience required.
· Federal project experience, highly desirable
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
· Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
