We’re seeking a talented leader to manage and evolve our Loans Operations function globally. The role will report directly to the Global Head of Issuer Services Operations and can be located in Chennai or Pune, India or Pittsburgh, PA or Houston TX, United States.

The scope of the role includes leading a team of 900 Operations professionals and will have the following primary areas of responsibility:

  • Leads enterprise-wide Loan Operations service delivery: acting as the primary interface between business/functional partners and ensuring premier client service.
  • Optimize Target Operating Model for Loan Operations: working in partnership with our Business and Technology leads to develop a comprehensive blueprint of operational services supported by an organizational model, location strategy, and competency model. 
  • Leads recruitment efforts and manages and develops teams to maximize their collective contributions. Motivates team members to maximize their contributions and encourage professional growth. 
  • Stakeholder management: engaging directly with stakeholders to improve front-to-back process efficiency, align data models, and ensure maximum levels of transparency.
  • Oversees the development of policies and processes to ensure the overall success of teams. Ensures procedures are synthesized across the function. 
  • Collaborates with the Sales, Relationship Management, and Client Service groups to develop business with new and existing clients.
  • Drive improvements in scale and efficiency: lead a program of change initiatives to deliver continuous reductions in Operations unit costs through process re-engineering, client collaboration, investments in core technology and deployment of agile digital tools, particularly in the areas of AI-driven process automation.

We are seeking an experienced Loan Operations leader, with at least 20plus years of experience of successfully building and leading large & diverse teams in global financial institutions, in a collaborative and sustainable manner. Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred. 20 plus years of total work experience is preferred with at least 5-7 years in management.
