Immediate opening for a Field Service Technician based on the east coast who possesses : -Industrial manufacturing plant maintenance experience-Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude -Basic PLC understanding -Ability to travel overnight 3-4 nights / week KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE : -Fully proficient in Field Service activities concerning all relevant equipment sold by company.

• To represent Samuel and the company Service department in customer initiatives, design and development activities, and other team activities as designated by management.
• Highly active in the advancement of products / Service marketed by company.-To participate / assist in training initiatives throughout the department.
• To travel to and work remotely in customer and company locations, including requirements in USA, Canada, and abroad.-Maintain and follow paperwork and reporting guidelines.
• Manage travel schedule to minimize company costs.-Excellent intercompany and customer relationships Working conditions : -May require working weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
