TalentWealth Recruiting , a boutique financial services recruiting firm, is recruiting for an exciting opportunity. An independent financial advisor practice with over $340MM AUM based in Naples, FL is hiring a Client Service Associate to their growing team.

This position is 100% in-office Monday-Friday.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Some of the responsibilities would be :

• Manage all client inquiries and ad hoc requests such as account information, reporting, check request, wire / fund transfers and other account services requests.
• Work closely with the financial advisor to help prepare for client meetings
• Complete all tasks related to the opening of new accounts, the transfer of accounts and closed account processing for the advisor's client base
• Coordinate and process all paperwork as needed for accounts and client relationship
• Maintain all client information and account records according to our electronic archiving procedure
• Document all client servicing activities in the appropriate system(s)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2 years of experience in client service with an RIA or financial advisory practice
• Knowledge of financial services and investments industry
• Polished and organized
• Excellent verbal and written communication is required
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Strong initiative and work ethic, and an ability to work both within a team and on a self directed basis
• Ability and willingness to work additional hours if necessary to complete core responsibilities
