PrimaryResponsibilities Include:

  • Field incoming calls for Parts, Service, and Installation departments
  • Prepare and submit purchase orders, sales orders, and invoices
  • Prepare parts quotes, order parts and process payments
  • Handle warranty and return items
  • Bookkeeping duties including accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit card transaction entry
  • Oversee employee timekeeping and labor distribution in accounting system
  • Assist with Service and Installation payroll and benefits administration
  • Support Service and Installation departments w/completion of various contract compliance documents
  • Support Office Manager when needed
  • Other administrative duties to be assigned

Requirements

Successful Candidates Must Have:

  • 3-5 years Office Admin, bookkeeper experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with QuickBooks and basic accounting principles
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to work autonomously with little supervision
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and moderate to advanced computer skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Understanding of the HVAC Industry preferred
