- Keep up to date on due dates for bids
- Generate quotations for customers
- Produce take-offs utilizing internal software
- Participate in training as required, including online and manufacturers training
- Collaborate with the internal sales team
- Review customer plans and specifications
- Engage with contracting customers and their team members
- Collaborate with colleagues and assists new hires as needed
- At least 5 years of HVAC and/or Mechanical Estimating experience required
- A Degree in Mechanical or Construction Engineering is ideal, or extensive experience may qualify in lieu of a degree
- Strong technical ability, experienced in generating take-offs and generating quotes for customers
- Ability to foster strong internal and external relationships
- Strong time management skills, effective at meeting deadlines
