Title: Purchasing Manager 

Client: GA Expertise 

Location: Remote

GA Expertise (https://gaexpertise.com/) specializes in the design, sale, and service of factories and machinery for the palm oil industry. We are a family-owned company of 13 team members and growing! We’re hiring a driven, independent, Purchasing Manager to join our growing team. This position will be fully remote with quarterly travel for team meetings.

What you’ll be doing: 

• Put together RFQs to vendors for the purchase of equipment and machinery
• Create and track vendor purchase orders
• Identify and negotiate contract terms with new vendors
• Utilize Salesforce CPQ to put together pricing proposals

• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and decision makers across existing book of business 
• Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers

What you’ll need to succeed: 

• 6-10 years of work experience, including experience in Industrial Purchasing/Buying 

• Experience using a CRM system (we use Salesforce, but any CRM experience will do) 
• Excellent prioritizing, time management skills and organizational skills 
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred 
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking abilities are preferred
• Ability to thrive while working in a remote / virtual office environment (Colorado based candidates preferred, not required) 

• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 4x per year for company meetings
