Are you a seasoned Quality professional with a passion for driving excellence? We are seeking a dedicated Quality Manager to lead our team in implementing best practices and ensuring the highest standards of quality across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation and submission of all Production Part Approval Processes (PPAPs) from start to finish.
- Develop, introduce, and implement process procedures to eliminate or monitor scrap and non-conformance.
- Implement measures to monitor and measure process capabilities and defect rates using appropriate metrics.
- Utilize Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) for quality inspections.
- Apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles in quality control.
- Use functional gauges based on GD&T requirements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of Quality or Manufacturing Engineering experience, or a suitable combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience, including Material Review Board (MRB) Management.
- Quality Certification (CQA, CQE, CQM) preferred.
- Experience with ISO, IATF, ITAR/DFAR systems.
- Familiarity with internal and external audit processes.
- Experience overseeing and directing all Corrective Actions (8-D) for internal, external, and vendor issues.
- Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) experience.
- Proficient with Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) gauge plans, including Repeatability and Reproducibility (R&R).
