Shift Hours: Monday – Thursday, 6 AM - 4:30 PM; Friday, 6 AM - 2:30 PM (No weekends)

Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a strong knowledge of engineering principles to ensure all products meet our high standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately read and interpret engineered drawings.
• Utilize various measurement equipment including Height Gauge, Optical Comparator, Micrometers, and Gauge Pins to assess product quality.
• Apply general knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), ISO-9001 standards, PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), and AQLs (Acceptable Quality Limits) in daily tasks.
• Collaborate effectively with the Quality Manager and production team, contributing to a cooperative work environment.

Requirements:

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; further education or certifications in a related field are a plus.
• Prior knowledge or experience in metal stamping is advantageous but not required.
