As a Final & Floor Inspector (also known as Quality Inspector, Manufacturing Inspector), you'll work from detailed procedures, blueprints, and assembly prints to ensure the manufacturing process meets specifications. You'll perform first piece inspections, inspect complex castings and forgings, and accurately document nonconformances found during inspections. Additionally, you'll be responsible for accurately recording all required data and using a variety of complex inspection devices.
