Insurance Customer Service Representative

Family owned and operated insurance agency is seeking an Licensed Customer Service Representative to join their team! The full-time Insurance Customer Service Representative will provide professional, courteous service to insurance customers, carrier representatives, and colleagues.

Responsibilities :

• Will provide professional, courteous service to insurance customers, carrier representatives, and colleagues.
• The individual will work in a team atmosphere to provide a high level of support in obtaining, maintaining, expanding and servicing our commercial accounts.
• The commercial insurance CSR will help clients to identify needs, research bills, complete applications, as well as review, negotiate and deliver policies.

Qualifications :

• Must have current P&C License.
• Ideal candidate should be familiar with all aspects of insurance services from the application process to policy analysis.
• This position also requires an ability to professionally and energetically respond to client questions and concerns
