TalentOne Recruitment & Staffing is Hiring an Account Receivable Specialist (FT) Near Fullerton, CA
Schedule: Monday - Friday (Saturdays & OT as needed)
Pay Rate: $19hr. - $20hr.
- Daily application of cash (I.e. checks, credit cards, wire transfers)
- Responsible for billing/payment issues as well as daily/monthly closing and AR reconciliation.
- Identify payment discrepancies.
- Maintain accounts in current status.
- Close out credit card transactions daily.
- Assist in daily order/invoice filing
- Prepare check deposits.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 2 years of Account Receivable experience
- Oral and Written communication skills
- Sage software knowledge
- Microsoft office.
