Position Summary:Lead production of the production group
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise production operations in machine operation and warehouse functions
- Perform setups on machines and perform changeovers
- Monitor and make process adjustments
- Maintain HR and safety records
- Report production results
- Lead monthly physical inventory
- Ensure work is accomplished within the required timeframe
- At least 3 years of prior manufacturing experience
- Prior team lead or line lead experience
- Experience with machine operations, packing, and warehousing
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Proficiency in computers including Microsoft Office
- Experience managing administrative functions
