Talento Search Group has an opening for a Production Group Leader in Center Point, Alabama. This is a direct-hire position and the pay range is $25-28 per hour.

Position Summary:

Lead production of the production group

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervise production operations in machine operation and warehouse functions
• Perform setups on machines and perform changeovers
• Monitor and make process adjustments
• Maintain HR and safety records
• Report production results
• Lead monthly physical inventory
• Ensure work is accomplished within the required timeframe

Experience Needed:

• At least 3 years of prior manufacturing experience
• Prior team lead or line lead experience
• Experience with machine operations, packing, and warehousing
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Proficiency in computers including Microsoft Office
• Experience managing administrative functions
