Full time position – 40 hours’ week. Evenings & weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively Communicate, and support the mission, vision, values, goals, and strategies in daily operations.
• Set clear, meaningful, and attainable objectives that are aligned with the organizational goals.
• Delegate tasks according to team members' strengths and interests.
• Ensure staff have the skills and resources to be successful.
• Provide staff with coaching, training and opportunities for growth to improve their skills.
• Maintain fairness and consistently in staff treatment.
• Share accountability when delegating and involve staff in setting performance goals.
• Oversee employee and client schedules to ensure efficient organization and communication.
• Handle emergency situations with flexibility of both time and assignment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of human service-or related direct care experience in a residential setting; OR
• Associate's Degree and a minimum of 2.5 years of experience; OR
• High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of 3 years of experience solid work experience in similar field or relatable to working with youth.
• Example- Human Services fields- Residential treatment centers, OCFS Facilities is very helpful, security guard experience welcome.)
• Valid NYS Driver's License required.
• Must meet agency driving and insurance standards.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends as needed.
