TalentBurst is Hiring a Revenue Accountant Near Austin, TX
Location: Austin, TX 78727 (hybrid - onsite 3 days/wk)
Duration: 12 Months
Responsibilities:
- Reconcile various contra revenue, deferred revenue, accounts payable, and accrued liability account reconciliations.
- Analyze large amounts of data and draw meaningful conclusions that leads to accounting actions.
- Participate in the close process by preparing accounting journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and other close deliverables.
- Ensure that work is in compliance with Client Finance Policies, US GAAP, and internal financial controls.
- Participate in quarterly balance sheet reviews by presenting your work and explaining your process and documentation.
- Partner effectively with your team and business partners.
- Bachelor degree or higher
- At least 5 years of Accounting experience
- CPA
- Prior use of MacOS & iOS
- Experience and extensive knowledge in finance, account reconciliations, the balance sheet, Revenue Accounting, GAAP, journal entries, and SARBANES-OXLEY (SOX)
