I-9 Reverification Representative
Remote Position - 37.50 hours per week, specific schedule is TBD
PRIMARY PURPOSE: To reconcile, reverify and/or amend I-9 documentation for current colleagues hired between 2020 – 2023.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
Schedules appointments with colleagues to reverify and/or amend I-9 documentation.
Contacts colleagues at their appointed time via Microsoft Teams video call to review work authorization documentation from colleague.
Document and processes verification of I-9 document.
Tracks and audits completion of I-9 documents which have been reverified/amended.
Provide customer service as required.
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
Education & Licensing
High school diploma or GED required.

Experience
Six (6) months of clerical or customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Previous experience and/or familiarity with processing I-9 documents preferred.
Workday experience preferred.
Skills & Knowledge
Excellent oral and written communication.
PC literate, including Microsoft Office products and Adobe PDF documents.
Strong organizational skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail.
