Senior Associate, Production Services Infrastructure Support Analyst

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Production Services Infrastructure Support Analyst to join our Technology Services Group, Data Center Servicesteam. This role is located in Nashville, TN – HYBRID.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: 

• Manage and deliver small to mid-size projects from various internal customers of competing priorities and working through them to achieve a successful outcome.
• Execute all data center related hardware installations, repairs, configurations, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Manage space planning, efficient cabinet layouts, and cabling.
• Contribute to maintaining the firm’s reputation by adhering to strict media management practices, protocols, and policies.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
• 4 years of related infrastructure experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus. 
• Ability to work autonomously and be proactive.
• Experience with the basic Microsoft applications.
• Ability to lift 50-70 lbs. of boxes/equipment.
