In this pivotal role, you will handle a variety of tasks including data entry, job costing, managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing invoices, overseeing sales tax and collections, and updating accounting databases and spreadsheets. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and analyzing reports on budget, cash flow, and project completion. This position requires a proactive individual who is adept at maintaining accurate financial records, adhering to accounting best practices, and collaborating effectively with team members. Accounting Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Managing company assets and financial expenditures.
  • Preparing financial documents such as invoices, and monthly reports.

Accounting Administrator Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in accounting, business, administration, or similar.
  • At least five years of accounting experience.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, QuickBooks and Excel.
  • Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
  • Math skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
