Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop and implement procedures and protocols to ensure consistent high-quality services.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and tailor services accordingly.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and materials.
  • Create and manage schedules, assigning tasks to appropriate staff members.

  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure work is being carried out according to established standards.
  • Address and resolve any customer concerns or complaints related to services.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Facilities Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience (5 years) in a managerial or supervisory role within the industry.
  • Strong knowledge of procedures, equipment, and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenges effectively.
