Job Details
-Managing budgets, forecasting and reconciliation for budgets (includes project budgets, staffing budgets and data out of Fieldglass, etc.).
- Creating graphs and providing reports that show trending budget analysis - be able to look at the budget and forecast out for the rest of the year to show if we re going to go over budget or if we re looking good.
- Need to have that curiosity to learn the business behind the data
- This person is also responsible for making sure that all timesheets are entered in a timely manner
Must have skillset:
- Must have experience managing, forecasting, reconciling & analyzing budgets using Excel - including providing trending analysis.
- Must be an expert in Excel - pivot tables, vlookups, formulas (if statements, etc.), Index & Match, Macros, creating graphs.
- Must have the ability/ desire to eventually present the budget analysis to leadership (good communication/ presentation skills)
