In this contingent resource assignment, you'll support brokerage clients, improve processes, and handle moderately complex client tasks.

Reporting to supervisors, you'll escalate queries as needed and liaise with clients for effective communication.

Responsibilities :

Handle client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and enhance processes proactively.

Perform moderately complex client tasks like account maintenance and transaction processing.

Receive task direction from supervisors and prioritize accordingly.

Escalate non-routine questions for resolution.

Required Qualifications :

years of Brokerage and Client Services support experience or equivalent.

Strong grasp of brokerage operations and client service principles.

Excellent communication skills for effective interaction.

Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Proficiency in relevant brokerage software and tools.
