Description
We are searching for a Listing Coordinator who has a genuine desire to help others, takes pride in their quality of work, and also has the ability to multi-task and solve problems. Your job will be to manage the listing process from start to finish, including arranging all listing information on the MLS database, completing contracts with sellers, posting and maintaining MLS listings, scheduling property inspections, and open houses, and outstanding communication skills both written and oral to interface with agents, sellers, buyers, mortgage and title professionals. Responsibilities
•Organize the showing schedule and communicate with other agents to provide to the seller
•Provide showing feedback, reports, and market updates to sellers. Prepare analysis and estimate of value
•Create marketing material, postcards, flyers, and brochures
•Follow up on listing leads and appointments
•Acquire the necessary signatures for each listing agreement, sellers' disclosures, and other required documentation and send to the real estate broker for file compliance
•Supervise all parts of seller transactions, from first contact to the execution of purchase agreement, allowing real estate agents to sell more homes
•Give vendors and contractors access to homes that are in need of inspection or repair so each property is prepared to sell
•Set up showings and open houses in order to receive critical feedback that can improve the showing process
•Produce and manage MLS listings and social media so homes sell as soon as possible and customers are satisfied
Qualifications
•Passionate about serving people and providing a great customer service experience

•Previous real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages experience is highly valued
•Must have a high school diploma or GED, some college experience is a bonus
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Has basic computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Excel
