Overview :

As a Sales Representative for our recruiting startup, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships.

You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and promoting our services to businesses seeking top talent.

Responsibilities :

  • Client Acquisition : Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and social media platforms.
  • Sales Presentations : Conduct engaging and informative presentations to showcase our recruiting services, highlighting the value proposition and benefits for potential clients.
  • Consultative Selling : Understand clients' hiring needs and challenges to provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements effectively.
  • Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty, serving as their primary point of contact throughout the sales process.
  • Negotiation and Closing : Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes, and successfully close sales to achieve revenue targets.
  • Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation.

Qualifications :

Proven Sales Experience : Demonstrated success in a sales role, preferably within the recruiting, staffing, or HR industry.

Experience in B2B sales is highly desirable.

  • Excellent Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Results-Driven : Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a proactive and determined approach to achieving goals.

  • Bachelor's Degree : A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
