TALENT SHIFT LLC is Hiring a Remote Healthcare Benefits Auditor

Overview:

We are looking for a Healthcare Benefits Auditor for a 4 month long, remote contract role. This is with a Fortune 500 financial services firm that is rapidly growing.

Responsibilities:

Perform controls testing according to established audit standards
Demonstrate knowledge of audits of all types of retirement plans, including, 401(k), Defined Contribution, Defined Benefit and ESOP
Maintain open communication with management and the audit team
Document process, controls, and prepare audit findings memorandum, as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required.
5-8 years of relevant work experience and knowledge of ERISA, COBRA, ADA, and FMLA health and retirement regulatory requirements.
5 years of internal audit experience required.
