Title: Vice President of Marketing

Location: Remote in Colorado (Denver/Front Range)

Duration: Direct Hire/Full Time
Compensation: $175-200k Bonus (Depending on Experience)

About the Role: Our client, is a leader in the organic pet food industry. They are seeking a VP of Marketing/CMO to join their team who has a background in Executive Level, Direct to Consumer, Marketing and Consumer Packaged Goods experience, with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this Executive will very hands on and help guide and implement best practices across their Brand Marketing, eCommerce landscape. Required Skills:

• 10 years Executive level experience in Direct to Consumer Marketing leadership
• CPG - Consumer Package Goods Experience is a MUST Have
• Hands-on Product Development Experience
• Ability to Create brand architecture, clear messaging and identify key points of differentiation within the industry
• Ability to build and lead hands on marketing teams
• Experience working with third parties to drive sales and marketing strategy, which may include agencies, advertising, packaging, consumer research, and product development
• Website and Social Media brand rebuild experience
