Full Job Description:
Responsibilities:
· Provide technical support for County systems.
· Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
· Maintain documentation and monitor critical systems.
· Assist with user training and equipment setup.
Requirements:
· Associate degree in IT or equivalent experience.
· Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills.
· Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Ability to lift and move computer equipment up to 50 pounds.
· Adaptability to new technologies and working independently.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
