Talent groups is Hiring an Employee Benefits Specialist Near Providence, RI

  • We are Seeking for Employee Benefits Specialist with minimum 10 years of experience in State/Federal sector.
  • Required strong Employee Benefits experience .
  • Proficient in overseeing all state employee benefit programs, including development, recommendation, and management of various benefits and wellness programs.
  • Direct experience with insurers, vendors, HR representatives, employees, and retirees for issue resolution and technical support.
  • Prepare correspondence for Office of Employee Benefits, including COBRA, deferred compensation, life, and health benefits rate schedules.
  • Stay updated on benefits industry trends and regulations, demonstrating progressively responsible program administration experience.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: From $25.41 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
