A Day In the Life Of

As our financial coordinator, you will work closely with the treatment coordinator to ensure that patients follow a smooth process to scheduling for their proposed treatment. 

• Verify and explain patient insurance benefits.
• Manage data and reports with Eagle-soft software.
• Follow-up on insurance claims and patient balances.
• Ensure timely payments through regular monitoring.
• Schedule appointments and answer patient inquiries.
• Maintain patient information with accuracy and care.

What You'll Bring To The Table

**Who We're Looking For:**

• 2 years of previous experience required.
• High school diploma/GED required.
• A friendly, energetic, and self-motivated individual ready for a long-term commitment.
• Proficient in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
• Eagerness to learn Eagle-soft (experience is a plus!).
• Knowledgeable in dental procedures and insurance billing codes.
• The ability to adapt to changing circumstances is a necessity
