Talent Consultant Group is partnered with a construction company that is looking to add an Assistant Project Manager to their growing team in Jacksonville, FL.

The Assistant Project Manager will provide support to Project Manager(s). Tasks include material and quantity take-offs, soliciting and reviewing proposals, managing project drawings and specifications, scheduling, coordinating subcontractors, and managing project close-out documents.

Responsibilities:

• Buyout support
• Submittal management
• RFI management
• Meeting participation and client interaction
• Superintendent field support
• Project close-out participation

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management
• Ability to judge task priority and sequencing in order to maximize time and efficiency.
• Ability to analyze plans and visualize details to better perform day to day tasks.
• Ability to adapt to changing software and new technology that allow for continual improvement.
• Ability to assertively communicate your position to create trust between subcontractors, colleagues and clients.
• Result driven and ambitious to solve problems without question.
• Sense of urgency
