Eddyfi Technologies is looking for a Manual Machinist to join our Production Team. Your daily life:As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for fabricating, maintaining, and repairing equipment used to inspect materials. Your day-to-day tasks will include setting up and operating manual machining tools, performing various machining operations to fabricate components, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of work through continuous inspection and measurement. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and adhere to safety protocols. In this role, you will:Carry out required set-ups and adjustments on machine tools;Machine parts to print – manual Lathe and Mill; Perform dimensional checks before and during production;Operate all equipment and machine tools in a safe and proper manner; Report any anomalies or situations involving risk to yourself or others concerning equipment and tooling;Keep your work environment and equipment clean;Ensure that the finished product is clean and free of defects. What We’re Looking For:You have at least 1 years’ experience;You know how to read blueprints;You can interpret cutting parameters and conditions recommended by tool manufacturers; You are able to analyze technical data; You are rigorous, autonomous, and versatile.
