Talent Acquisition Team, May Institute is Hiring a Senior Behavior Technician Near Randolph, MA

The Direct Therapist III is responsible for providing 1:1 treatment to assigned individuals utilizing evidenced-based practices such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in various settings including home, center, and school environments. This role requires effective collaboration with team members and maintaining open and positive communication with families, co-workers, supervisors, school personnel, and other stakeholders. Additionally, the Direct Therapist III must possess a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and demonstrate proficiency in computer and technical skills necessary for utilizing electronic data collection systems. Furthermore, this position entails conducting clinical training activities for team members. Get ready to transform: Your Role in Action!Provide 1:1 treatment to assigned individuals using evidenced-based practices, specifically Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure comprehensive care and treatment plans.Maintain open and positive communication with families, co-workers, supervisors, school personnel, and other stakeholders.Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license in good standing.Ensure reliable transportation to attend scheduled appointments in various settings.Demonstrate proficiency in computer and technical skills necessary for utilizing electronic data collection systems.Conduct clinical training activities for team members to ensure adherence to best practices and protocols. Your Skills and Talents: A Winning CombinationRBT CredentialHigh School Diploma or GED required. Valid driver’s license required with a min of 2 years of licensed driving experience, preferred.Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.At least 1 year of experience delivering direct ABA Treatment.Demonstrated mastery of clinical and trainer competencies.Pursuit of certification as a BCBA, preferred.
