Job Title: Full-Time School Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

As a full-time RBT, you will play a crucial role in implementing behavior intervention plans and providing essential support to students with special needs in a school setting.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with special education teams to implement individualized behavior plans for students.
• Deliver one-on-one behavior intervention and support to help students achieve academic and social goals.
• Collect and analyze data on student behavior, progress, and outcomes.

• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the development and modification of behavior plans.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in behavior analysis is a plus.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Experience working with children with special needs in an educational setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
