Talent 101 is looking for an Analytical Chemist with the following role and responsibilities in Austin, TX for a 12 month project:

Expertise in analytical chemistry specifically related to trace impurity analysis in semiconductor grade chemistries and gases. Utilize ICPMS, VPD, and GC techniques to quantify contaminants and ensure consistency on products. Develop new and novel techniques and approaches to suit needs of a high-volume semiconductor fabricator. Provide Gas chromatography and Mass Spectrum analysis on all bulk and incoming gases, ensuring all components and contaminants are within vendor specifications as defined in Agile and SAP. Develop and implement film adhesion monitoring analysis required to eliminate field failures due to delamination. Use Raman and Near-Infrared Spectroscopy to characterize and identify unknown materials and compounds impacting wafer processing. Establish quality systems as defined by LRQA to ensure proper processing of VPD, GC, and GCMS systems for incoming gases and chemicals. Provide backup analytical support to existing personnel in support of lab activities. Provide expert analytical chemistry expertise as needed for support.
The position requires an MS/PhD degree in inorganic chemistry with a specialization in analytical chemistry preferred
