Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Mold Setter to join our team. The Mold Setter will be responsible for setting up and adjusting molds in plastic injection or blow molding machines to produce high-quality products efficiently.

Duties:
- Set up molds in machines according to production schedules
- Adjust machine settings to ensure product specifications are met
- Perform quality inspections on finished products
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with molds or machines
- Operate forklift to transport molds and materials
- Utilize calipers and other measuring tools to verify product dimensions
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Experience with plastics blow molding processes
- Knowledge of logic controllers for machine operation
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles
- Mechanical aptitude for machine setup and adjustment
- Ability to operate a press brake machine for mold adjustments
- Proficiency in warehouse operations, including inventory management
- Competency in using hand tools for mold maintenance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
