Are you passionate about data, with an eye for detail and a knack for solving problems? Our team is on the hunt for a dynamic and skilled co-op. We are a small, close-knit team punching above our weight and we need a new teammate to help us scale our data, analytics and digital products and services across the company. What’s most important to us is that you are willing to learn, are open to feedback for professional growth and love to build and optimize things.
The Data Analytics and Insights (DAI) team is part of Takeda's Global Corporate Affairs (GCA) organization, which also includes Global Corporate Brand & Communications, Public Affairs, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Global Sustainability, and Global Security. Working together, these teams focus on three outcomes:
DAI’s mission is to enable GCA team members to confidently unlock insights from data, equipping them to make data-informed decisions that improve business outcomes. We do this through driving behavioral change and building platforms and tools (“ComTech”). We play a vital role in upskilling hundreds of communicators across the company by developing and delivering training on analytics and artificial intelligence.
As a co-op within our team, you will report to the Analytics and Innovation Lead and support projects related to all GCA (Global Corporate Affairs) teams. You will work closely with and take direction from other DAI team members. We are a flat team – everyone collaborates and contributes regardless of organizational level. You will partner closely with our Data Digital and Technology (DD&T) colleagues and our agency partners.
This co-op role will run from July - December 2024, with exact start and end dates TBD.
