About the role:

Takeda Pharmaceuticals is seeking a dynamic and visionary individual to join our organization as a highly engaged member of the Commercial Operations and Business Solutions Organization. As a key team member in COBS, the Associate Analyst, Content Management Solutions will be engaged in transformative initiatives. How you will contribute:

• Platforms and Systems: Oversee and carry out the implementation and upkeep of commercial platforms, such as Veeva Vault PromoMats and the Content Management System (CMS), used for US Promotional Materials and other key marketing assets.

• Act as an administrator to supervise the maintenance, integration, improvement, and resolution of issues for end-users of the CMS

• Analytics & Insights: Develop and maintain data visualization tools to communicate marketing operations KPIs (i.e. promotional materials and fulfillment etc.)

  o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and validate business/system processes

  o Partner with IT and Commercial Operations stakeholders to implement best practices on the management, storage of data within the framework of Takeda’s enterprise data management model

  o Utilizes well-defined metrics to ensure optimal functionality, sustainability, and compliance of the platform, and to verify the quality of deliverables. Analyzes the root causes of platform success or failure and provides recommendations for improvement

• Training: Create and implement a training and dissemination strategy for the content management platform and promotional review process, targeting both internal and external stakeholders

  o Create and provide training on the Content Management System (CMS) for stakeholders, including the development of work instructions, playbooks, and training modules for the Learning Management System (LMS)

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts Degree

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical, immunology, biologic/biotech, or medical device industries
