Tailwind Concessions is Hiring a Bartender Near Rochester, MN
We have an exciting opportunity for a Bartender to join our rapidly growing company. Come join us at Tailwind Hospitality at Rochester International Airport. Tailwind is a national airport concessionaire that provides food, beverage, and retail at 42 locations across the country. An experienced Bartender with a positive attitude and excellent people skills will help us achieve our goal of providing friendly service and top-quality offerings to enhance the traveler’s experience. We are currently seeking to hire full and part-time Bartenders, who are 21 years of age and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Prepare delicious mixed drinks and pour draft beers
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when requested
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to all sanitation regulation
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed
Bartender Qualifications/ Skills:
- Proven bartending experience
- Hands-on experience with bar utensils and equipment
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Knowledge of sanitation regulations
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Basic math skills
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a background check to receive an Airport Security Badge
- Must have reliable transportation
