We're searching for a forward-thinking Structural Engineer to support a wide range of projects across industrial sectors such as chemical, power, and food/beverage manufacturing. This is no ordinary engineering role – you'll be the mastermind behind groundbreaking designs, a technical expert who inspires innovation, and a strategic thinker who ensures our projects meet and exceed our client’s needs.

Project variety examples:

  • Design and construction of tank truck unloading station.
  • Design a foundation slab and retaining wall for a new pre-fabricated steel building extension.
  • Detailed engineering and design of new chemical manufacturing facility.

Here's a taste of what you'll be doing:

  • Work with a talented team of structural engineers and designers to execute a variety of industrial structural design projects.
  • Champion innovative solutions for complex structural design challenges.
  • Complete all aspects of the structural engineering process, from concept to completion.
  • Interface with clients to understand their needs and translate them into exceptional designs.
  • Ensure projects meet all regulatory requirements and industry standards such as ASCE 7, IBC, ACI 318, and AISC 303.
  • Stay on top of emerging technologies and industry trends.

You'll be a perfect fit if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Structural, Civil Engineering, or related engineering degree.
  • A minimum of 5 years of applicable consulting or engineering experience, preferably within industrial markets.
  • EIT Certification or Professional Engineering License is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of structural engineering principles, calculations, trends, and applications.
  • Experience in a variety of industrial or commercial sectors, such as chemical, food/beverage, power, pharmaceutical, etc. We will work with you to get training on the market sectors where you don’t have direct experience.
  • Experience in performing field surveys, structural design, engineering analysis, and reporting.
  • Exceptional communication skills to collaborate with a diverse team and clientele.
  • The ability to think strategically and translate our client’s business goals into engineering solutions.
