POSITION SUMMARY:
The Account Manager directs and oversees assigned Transload/Warehouse customer account(s) and provides vital support to their team to ensure the safe and efficient handling and flow of freight throughout Tahoma Global Logistics (TGL) property. This includes being the primary contact for assigned account(s) including all customer service contact and issue resolution. Account Manager prepares/processes Purchase Orders, Work Orders, BOL’s, inbound and outbound paperwork, inventory tracking, and month end invoicing; this includes reconciliation of any account discrepancies. Account manager will also manage all inbound and outbound appointment scheduling, maintain site security, and visitor processing. In addition, this position is responsible for keeping the customer share drive up to date and accurate. This position will start out as part time, and transition to full time over approximately 3 months.

PTE formed Tahoma Global Logistics in December 2022 to leverage Tribal properties in the heart of the Port of Tacoma, WA for logistics operations. Located within the Heavy Cargo corridor of the Tacoma port, we are ready to support any and all of your outdoor storage requirements. We provide drayage services, regional trucking, and transloading of project cargoes from trailer to flatrack, including blocking, bracing, and export packing.
