Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated person to join our team as a Desk Staff member. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle various guest inquiries.

Responsibilities:
1. Warmly greet members and guests, creating a friendly atmosphere as they enter the studio.
2. Provide exceptional customer service, assisting with inquiries, class registration, and membership queries.
3. Ensure a smooth check-in process for classes and workshops, managing reservations and class attendance, along with coordination of massage, chiropractic, Ayurvedic and Acupuncture appointments.
4. Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
5. Promote the studio’s services and upcoming events to encourage member participation.

Requirements:
1. Passion for yoga and wellness with a willingness to embrace the yoga community.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with our diverse community.
3. Detail-oriented and capable of handling administrative tasks efficiently.
4. Previous customer service experience preferred but not mandatory.
5. A positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
