Job Description The key responsibilities of this role are to create consistent, engaging, and high-quality content and to bring the brand to life across all marketing channels in a way that drives traffic, converts leads, and retains and grows existing customers. In addition to understanding the key touchpoints in the customer lifecycle, the ideal candidate understands the importance of maintaining a consistent voice and optimizing content and functionality. He or she must have a proven ability to conceive and implement successful marketing campaigns holistically from channel to ad unit, to landing page, to lead nurturing, to purchase experience and lifetime value. Develop content and messaging strategy and implement across all digital properties and media channels including the website, ad copy, paid media landing pages, email communications, social media, presentations, etc. Collaborate with Digital Marketing Team members to develop content for the paid media strategy, ad placements and creative optimization, website updates, email communications, organic social media content, and more. Use a data driven and analytical approach to develop the most effective campaigns to grow customer engagement across channels, maximizing opportunities across customer touchpoints Communicate with internal stakeholders to source assets and obtain approvals Manage freelancers and agency partners where needed to develop engaging content marketing programs that drive business goals, overseeing content development and project timelines Optimize and maintain day-to-day planning & tracking tools for organization visibility; master content calendar, seasonal calendar, GTM plans, campaign management, routings, bi-weekly reports & updates. Cultivate and manage relationships with internal stakeholders including Operations, Legal, Asset Management and Leasing. Responsible for video and photo shoot project management and direction. Provide tools, processes, and training for regional operations teams to enable successful execution of content Maintain and strengthen the Tricon brand position. Serve as the gatekeeper of the brand. Partner with the revenue management team on the development and communication of ancillary revenue programs. Develop senior management presentations on campaign strategy and creative execution QUALIFICATIONS: Advanced writing and editing skills. Understanding of basic and advanced marketing principles and their applications within the real estate industry. Excellent verbal skills; strong presentation skills. Persuasive and articulate. Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all diverse array of people Must be a strategic thinker, analytical, technical, and creative. As well as, very organized, highly detailed, self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative. Must be able to operate under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Must work collaboratively and efficiently as a team member within the Marketing Department and with other departments and vendors. Create a strong working relationship with all key stakeholders (including Marketing Services, Property Management, Asset and Revenue Management, Development, IT) to ensure relevant marketing strategies are developed. Strong understanding of lead quality, media ROI, website, email and social KPIs. Eye for creative content, quality and consistency. Commitment to exceptional customer service. Team player, with an understanding in the importance of transparency and sharing. REQUIREMENTS: 7-10 years marketing of building and managing digital marketing programs and campaigns with a focus on content marketing and email Has a deep understanding of storytelling & how to create compelling content High editorial standards, exceptional copywriting & editing skills Experience managing creative & marketing agencies with proficiency in asset specs, creative guidelines, and video production vernacular.
