Job Description

The ideal candidate will be customer service oriented, have the ability to multi-task, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone with an open availabilty who will stay with us long term as there is a lot of information to learn.

The receptionist position will be responsible for greeting clients, answering phones, and scheduling appointments. The receptionist will also assist vaccines and restraint if needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Veterinary experience preferred.
• Customer service oriented.
• Ability to work independently with little to no supervision.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to lift 75 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to navigate Avimark
• Restraint and handling of large dogs.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
