Evergreen is a full service Animal Hospital and Pet Resort. We are in search of an assistant manager who has experience in both technician and receptionist responsibilities. Candidates must be self motivated, fast learners, hard working, accountable, and displaying strong work ethic.

Assisitant Manager Duties:

• human resources
• employee scheduling
• social media
• marketing
• payroll (twice a month)
• responding to emails
• updating inventory

Receptionist Duties:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Computer literate
• Ability to answer phone calls
• Work with excel, word, etc.
• Work with Intravet software (preffered
• Able to Multi-task

Technician Duties:

• Must be able to assist in diagnostic tests and x-rays.
• Prepare animals and instruments for surgery
• Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments
• Assist during medical procedures
• Collect and record animal case histories
• Cleaning and sterilizing equipment, and filling prescriptions
• Ability to restrain animals and lift up to 40 pounds

-At least 1 yr experience working in a animal hospital (preferred not required)

Regular business hours are:

M-F 8:00am-6:00pm

SAT 8:00am-4:00pm

SUN closed

Must be available on weekends and holidays
