TAG Management is Hiring an Automotive Parts Manager Near Arlington, IL

Arlington Heights Ford, a Tasca Auto Group dealership, is looking for a qualified, motivated, highly organized individual with great initiative to join our successful team as Parts Manager. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail and be responsible for managing inventory. You will ensure that all needed parts and supplies are available for team members and customers alike. Competitive compensation, monthly bonus and benefits! EOE

Responsibilities

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Forecast goals and objectives for the parts department
  • Hire, train, and monitor the performance of all parts department staff
  • Maintain inventory consistent with the requirements of the various departments
  • Create pricing guidelines for customer categories
  • Monitor and adjusts inventory
  • Guarantee all parts are properly tagged
  • Supervise stock order procedures
  • Work closely with service manager to ensure timely turnaround of parts needed
  • Provides technical assistance when necessary
  • Develop and enforce guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
  • Enforce safety requirements
  • Positive attitude and team player
  • Professional appearance
