Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a food truck manager.
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have the ability to drive or learn how to drive an enclosed trailer and a food truck
- Must be punctual and dependable
- Must possess leadership skills and work well with others
- Must be able to lift 25lbs
Responsibilities:
- Handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and providing change
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Restocking supplies as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with basic math skills for cash handling purposes
- Knowledge of retail math concepts for inventory management
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper sanitation procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Location:
Currently our food truck commissary is located in Circleville, Ohio. This is where we depart from daily to head to all events. We currently travel to the Columbus, Ohio area for the majority of our events.
