- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that the correct items are included and packaged appropriately
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including shelving and storage areas
- Loading and unloading products accurately and safely between loading dock and truck
- Efficiently move, stack, and store products in appropriate storage locations
- Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring that the exact number and type of products are loaded and shipped
- Follow directions of leadership and respect all employees
- Participate and engage fully in training experiences
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Participate in regular inventory counts and audits to maintain accurate inventory levels
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed, such as receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and preparing orders for shipment
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be reliable and show up to work for your shift on time
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center
- Forklift experience preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds individually
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals
