What you will be doing

People Development:

1. Continuously develop and train Team Members through daily coaching
2. Coach and develop Team Members in a Positive way
3. Have fun at work!
4. Ensure that all Team Members provide excellent hospitality

Operations:

1. Help cover shifts as needed 
2. Serve as a liaison between FOH and Kitchen team through partnership with Kitchen Manager/Culinary Lead
3. Lead by example in product quality, consistency of execution, speed of service, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service
4. Utilize and maintain operational documents when needed for FOH and BOH
5. Responsible for proper sanitation standards, correcting bad practices and rewarding good behaviors
