Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and creative Mixologist to join our team. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a wide variety of cocktails and beverages to our customers. Your expertise in bartending and knowledge of different drink recipes will contribute to creating a memorable experience for our guests.

Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to customer preferences and established recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations on drink selections
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, using point-of-sale (POS) systems as necessary
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new drink recipes, and mixology techniques

Skills
- Strong bartending skills, including knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Proficient in food safety practices and maintaining cleanliness in a bar environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Excellent salesmanship and ability to upsell drink options to customers
- Familiarity with tequilas, mezcal and more.
- Experience with POS systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service
