Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Front End Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a passion for the food industry. Servesafe Alcohol certification a Plus.
Duties:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process customer orders accurately using upserve POS system
- Provide recommendations and upsell menu items when appropriate
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitate of the front end area
- Handle cash transactions and operate credit card machines
- Assist with bussing tables during peak hours
Requirements:
- Prior experience in the food industry is preferred but not Necessary
- Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Knowledge of culinary terms and kitchen operations is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
